Join me on the second Sunday of each month at 5:00 pm PT for a supportive, heart-centered gathering via Zoom.

Each month brings its own unique energy — we might explore a collective theme, share insights, welcome a guest speaker, or dive into a soothing guided meditation. This is a space to reconnect with yourself, your community, and your inner wisdom while receiving the encouragement you need to continue on your personal journey.

These group calls are my gift to those who are dedicated to bringing primal steps to their modern lives, and taking authentic steps towards their goals. I offer this to existing and past clients as a space to get to know one another better, share our gifts, and support each other.
