PRIMAL STEPS TO MODERN WELLNESS
When Something Feels Out of Balance, Another Perspective Can Change Everything
Maybe you're overwhelmed by everyone else's needs and have lost track of your own.
Maybe you're facing a decision or transition and can't quite see your way forward.
Maybe you're exhausted, stuck in a familiar pattern, or doing all the “right” things while something inside keeps whispering, This isn't working anymore.
Or maybe life is good—and you're simply ready to understand yourself more deeply and live with greater intention.
Welcome to Art Mystic Wellness.
I'm Julie Ericson, a certified Holistic Health Coach and Shamanic Practitioner. My work brings ancient shamanic wisdom, evidence-informed wellness, intuitive exploration, and the teachings of the Sacred Wheel together to help you look at your life from a wider perspective.
At the heart of my work is a simple idea:
Balance isn't something we achieve once and hold onto forever. It's something we learn to recognize, restore, and return to.
The Sacred Wheel offers us a way to explore what's happening through different aspects of ourselves—physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual—rather than trying to solve everything from the same familiar perspective.
Sometimes what appears to be an emotional problem has a physical need underneath it. Sometimes we've thought something to death when what we really need is to feel it. Sometimes we know exactly where Spirit is calling us, but haven't figured out how to make that wisdom livable in the everyday world.
The Wheel helps us notice what we may not have been able to see before.
Through Sacred Wheel teachings, holistic coaching, intuitive card readings, reflection practices, gatherings, and ceremony, I create opportunities to explore what is happening in your life, recognize what needs attention, and discover what your next step might be.
You don't need to have the answers.
You don't need to know anything about shamanism or the Sacred Wheel.
You simply need a willingness to look at your life from another direction.
You bring what's happening in your life. Together, we'll explore another way of seeing it.
Come as you are. We'll meet wherever you are on the Wheel.
What Can You Bring to the Wheel?
Your real life.
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal or even know exactly what's bothering you. Sometimes all you know is that something needs your attention.
Maybe you're facing a decision and keep going in circles.
Maybe a relationship or responsibility is taking more from you than you understand.
Maybe your body is asking for something your mind keeps overriding.
Maybe you're moving through a transition and the person you've been no longer quite fits the life that's emerging.
Maybe you're repeating a familiar pattern, struggling with boundaries, questioning your direction, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply wondering, “Why does this keep happening?”
And sometimes nothing is wrong at all. You may simply be curious about yourself, ready for growth, or wondering what else is possible.
These are the kinds of things we can explore.
At Art Mystic Wellness, we don't have to immediately label something as a problem and rush toward a solution. Instead, we can become curious about it.
What's happening physically?
What's happening emotionally?
What's happening spiritually?
What's happening intellectually?
What are you already aware of? What might you be overlooking? Which part of you has been doing most of the talking—and which part hasn't been heard?
The Sacred Wheel gives us a structure for asking different questions and seeing familiar situations from new directions. Shamanic wisdom, holistic health coaching, intuitive exploration, and creative practices give us additional ways to listen, understand, and respond.
The goal isn't a perfectly balanced life.
It's learning to recognize when you've moved out of balance, understand what needs your attention, and find your way back to Center.

Shamanic Practitioner • Holistic Health Coach • Traveling Art Mystic
I'm Julie Ericson, and I've spent much of my life exploring a question that sits at the heart of Art Mystic Wellness:
How do we live as whole human beings in a world that constantly pulls us in different directions?
My path has included decades of lived experience with chronic illness, professional training in holistic health coaching, and a four-year shamanic apprenticeship with the late Lynn Andrews. Along the way, I've learned that meaningful change rarely comes from looking at only one part of ourselves.
We are physical. Emotional. Spiritual. Intellectual. And underneath all of those aspects is the Self who is experiencing them.
That's why the Sacred Wheel has become such an important part of how I understand and explore life.
I don't believe my role is to tell you what your life means or hand you someone else's answer. My role is to bring the questions, teachings, tools, intuition, and perspective I've gathered along the way—and help you listen more deeply to what your own life is showing you.
Sometimes that happens through coaching. Sometimes through the Sacred Wheel, cards, ceremony, conversation, creativity, or simply looking at something from a direction you hadn't considered before.
You bring your life. I'll bring what I've learned. Together, we'll get curious about what the Wheel might reveal.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you for a while.
