4:00-5:00 PM: Free time Discover how to apply newfound wisdom in your life, journal quietly, or discuss your intentions with others. Sip tea, nibble on treats, pamper yourself with facials, nails, or massage. Meditate in the garden or enjoy the sauna. Relax and enjoy the beauty of life.
